Dates and venues
Training dates are only approximate. These can change and we reserve the right to change training dates and venues at our discretion. Should such a change be necessary we will make every effort to contact students. However we will not be held responsible if we are unable (after reasonable efforts) to contact students and students then are unable to attend, or attend at the wrong venue or date.
Bookings & payment of course fees
A telephone or on-line booking is not deemed to be a confirmation of said booking until payment has been received. All fees for training courses must be made as soon as possible after your booking has been confirmed. By 'confirmed' we mean confirmation from us of the date, venue and course name. We reserve the right to decline bookings from any persons as we feel is necessary without explanation. We cannot be held responsible for any financial loss, damage or other losses after the refusal by us, to accept any person onto any training we offer.
Cancellations by us
Cancellations sometimes happen for reasons out-with our control. We cannot be held responsible for any financial loss, damage or other losses resulting in the cancellation of any course, training or service by us. We will endeavour to contact all students who have booked places as soon as possible. Cancelled course fees will be returned in full if the course or training has to be called by us.
Cancellations by students
We cannot refund payments to students for cancellations made less than 7 days before a course start date unless that place on the course can be filled with another student. In these cases the student who made the cancellation will be entitled to a full refund of their course fee. If we are unable to fill the booked place then no refund will be made and the place remains booked in the name of the original student. We cannot be held responsible for any financial loss, damage or other losses resulting in the cancellation of a training course by
students.
Change of student name
Any booked training place may have the name of the student changed at any time up until the day before the course start date. Any change in student details cannot be accepted unless made by the student who made the original booking.
Discounts and reductions.
We reserve the right to add or remove offers at our discretion. At the moment bookings made on-line will qualify for a £10 reduction in the fee. This applies to any course. Made on-line means using our booking form. We reserve the right to remove this or any other offer at any time.
Quotes.
All quotes are provided as an estimate of the anticipated fee for the services indicated. They are not to be considered legally binding and we reserve the right to adjust quotes at any time. Any quote sent you you, or verbally agreed with you is valid for a period of fourteen days only, after which time is will be deemed to be invalid. Adjustments to quotes and estimated fees will be notified to you in advance and we reserve the right to withdraw from any training, web construction or other service if agreement cannot be reached regarding fees. We cannot be held liable for claims against us regarding damages
or loss of any kind if withdrawal from any agreement is necessary. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages, unless wilful or gross negligence on our part can be proven.

Links to external websites (e.g. via hyperlinks or banners) are not our responsibility, but rather the sole responsibility of the operator of the respective linked page.
